  • App Maintenance and Support

Due to the intangible, customized, and labor-intensive nature of these services, they are non-returnable once work has commenced.


3. General Refund Principles

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of EMARKSY LLC, subject to:

  • The stage of the project
  • The amount of work completed
  • The resources allocated
  • The terms agreed upon in the project contract

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


4. Eligibility for Refunds

Note: Payment processing fees may be deducted.

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • The project has started but is still in early stages
  • Limited work has been completed
  • Cancellation is requested promptly

Refund amount will be calculated based on:

  • Time spent
  • Work completed
  • Resources used

🔹 4.3 No Refund (Mid to Late Project Stage)

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Significant development work has been completed
  • Milestones have been approved
  • Design or development deliverables have been shared
  • The project is near completion or already delivered

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Lack of required communication or delays from the client
  • Failure to provide necessary materials or approvals
  • Dissatisfaction without valid technical or contractual justification
  • Services completed according to agreed specifications
  • Expired project timelines due to client inactivity
  • Rejection of delivered work after approval stages

6. Deposit and Advance Payments

  • All initial deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable
  • Deposits secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and initial planning
  • Work begins only after deposit confirmation

7. Milestone-Based Payments

For projects divided into milestones:

  • Each milestone payment is tied to completed deliverables
  • Once a milestone is approved, it becomes non-refundable
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving each stage carefully

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request project cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Partial refund may apply based on work completed

  • No refund will be issued

9. Revisions and Client Satisfaction

EMARKSY LLC is committed to delivering high-quality work and offers revisions based on the agreed scope.

  • Revisions are included within project terms
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
  • Refunds will not be granted if revision requests have been fulfilled

10. Third-Party Costs and Services

Any third-party expenses are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • App store fees (Apple App Store / Google Play)
  • Hosting and server costs
  • API subscriptions
  • Third-party plugins or licenses

These costs are governed by third-party providers and are outside our control.


11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact EMARKSY LLC before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination
  • Legal action may be taken in case of fraudulent disputes
  • We reserve the right to present evidence of completed work

12. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days
  • Refund method: original payment method (where possible)
  • Transaction and processing fees may be deducted

13. Service Interruption and Liability

Refunds will not be issued for interruptions caused by:

  • Third-party service failures
  • Internet or hosting downtime
  • Platform restrictions or policy changes
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)

14. Project Abandonment

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days:

  • The project may be considered abandoned

In rare and exceptional situations, EMARKSY LLC may issue refunds outside standard terms at its sole discretion. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.
